Orders take 1-2 weeks from order date to ship.

Returns/ Exchange Policy
All sales are final.

Cancelations are not excepted.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery confirmation date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, you must email me with your issue and must also have the original packaging

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item damaged for reasons not due to our error are not exchangeable. 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where refunds/partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
